Cupid had yet another break up
And lost faith he did in his love life
A hermit he decided to be
When he walked up the lonlely monastery
The faith in the promises kept in love
The talks of all time faithfulness
Timeless and unconditional love
And then he was disheartened to find himself lonely
And sad he didn’t know what to do
To fall in love once again
He feared beyond recognition
He feared another break up
He feared another heartache
And then he went on his rampage
With what he is used to
And once again he fell in love
On the gates of the monastery
The untimely delay of the rusty gates
Proved fatal to his monastery life
The daughter of the apple vendor
Stole his heart without a start
He heard and trusted once again
In the promises made in ecstasy of love
And so another story began
Of love and faithfulness
And forever it would last
Till the next break up
